Your first point of contact if you require a spare/replacement part is the retailer you purchased the rod from, your contract is with them. If the spare part is in stock then we can usually despatch the part within three days. We do not guarantee to have non-current models in stock, and the cost of obtaining the spare part will increase if we have to specially order it. If specially ordered then delivery lead times can be quite long, especially if we have to import the part. If you cannot find the old part you are looking for then it will have already been discontinued. We have a policy of keeping old parts/spares available for five years. We do not sell directly to the public.
